Mental Health awareness programme conducted to our team members. The session was conducted by Ms. Praveeniah Mahaletchumanan – Counsellor in SMK Saujana Utama. This session ​Provides a better understanding of how mental illness can affect a person’s life. Moreover helps them to recognize early signs and risks of mental illness.
